Last weekend, Clint's parents came out from Vernal, along with his younger brother, Reuben. Clint's other brother, Brant, and his very pregnant wife and cute little daughter came up from Nephi. We had a fun weekend visiting and hanging out. Mostly, we just watched the clock and timed Kayleen's contractions, which got down to about 7 minutes apart. To this day, however, she is still pregnant, and still having contractions. Poor woman.
That same weekend, my friend, Julie, returned some baby stuff that I had lent her, including this hideously-ugly-but-quite-convenient portable and collapsible bassinet. Tayson immediately decided he wanted to be a baby again. His 2-year-old cousin, Susana, decided he looked like he was having fun and she wanted to join him. Brennen sure didn't want to be left out, so he quickly crawled in with the others. What turned out was just too cute a photo op to miss out on:
Also that weekend, we all went out to Mi Ranchitos (my very favorite Mexican restaurant) for a yummy dinner. What does Tayson do when faced with a variety of Mexican food options? Order pizza and fries, of course!
And Brennen had all kinds of tricks up his sleeve, as usual. First, he twisted himself around in the high chair so that he was straddling it sideways:
Then, he would scoot all the way forward, then lean back, and tip his head back over the back rest to try to look at people behind him (I could never catch a picture of him with his head tipped back):
And he eventually got tired and decided to lay his head down on the table for a little nap:
