So stinkin' cute!

I have used this bathrobe once with each of my kids. I've only used it once because it seems rather impractical to me. I'd rather just put them in their jammies than create an extra step with the robe. However, it was a gift when Tayson was born, and it is a cute gift, so I have used it once just for picture-taking purposes. However, I've never put it on at the ideal age, it seems. With Tayson, he was too young, so the robe engulfed him:
