A church calling riddle?

Here's a riddle for you: A husband and wife team, who happen to be the parents of two young sons, also serve as ward YM president and ward YW president, respectively. As of yesterday, these youth leaders learned that they will each be receiving a brand new calling, without being released from their current callings. Ironically, these new callings will make the the current callings of these young parents actually easier and less burdensome.
Your challenge: Guess what these new callings might be, and explain how on earth they could really make such heavy callings easier.
