Well, poor little Brennen had his 2 month doctor's visit today. Well, actually, it's after midnight, so technically it was yesterday. The verdict: he is thriving. And he's chubby. He has the complete opposite type of body build that Tayson had as a baby. Tayson was usually in the 90th percentile for his height and about 40-50% in the weight and head measurements. Brennen is 22.75 inches long (25-50%), and weighs 12 lbs 8 oz (75th percentile). So our prediction is that Brennen will be the beefy linebacker and Tayson will be the lurpy basketball player. :)
Tayson was so relieved to know that this visit to the pediatrician was not for him! When we pulled into the parking lot, he turned to Brennen, and with a touch of glee in his voice, said, "Oh, you gonna get poked!" He was able to have a good time goofing off in the exam room, knowing that his legs were safe.

Tayson's sooo mean! But I'd probably feel the same way knowing someone else was going to get poked and not me. 12 lbs 8 oz, huh? He is a chunker. Lilly was 12 lbs 10 oz at her 4 month check up!
