Even with the infant head support in the carseat, it seems like Brennen's head always flops forward and sideways anyway. It just doesn't look comfortable to me, but it doesn't seem to bother him.
Poor kid. It looks like his head rolled off :) We used a rolled up receiving blanket lined inside the head support for Lilly's carseat until she filled it up a bit more. You could try that.
